Reason: It is to avoid the phenomenon of swirling.

Function: When the viscosity of the material is low, the stirring paddle rotates at a high speed, and a tangential flow is generated under the action of centrifugal force, which can cause the liquid to pour around the wall of the kettle and rise along the periphery of the kettle, and the center liquid level naturally drops. A large pocket is formed inside, which is called swirling.

The swirling material will rotate immediately following the agitator shaft and will not be well mixed. If multiphase materials are present during agitation, phase and phase separation or delamination may occur. When the viscosity of the material is high, a large amount of air is sucked in the surface of the liquid layer to lower the surface density of the liquid, so that the agitating bearing is vibrated by different forces.

How does the stainless steel reactor work against static electricity during operation?

1. Install an electrostatic damper. After the autoclave is in the filter, an electrostatic damper is installed at a position before the fluid enters the storage tank. Avoid mixed mixing of water and autoclave medium, avoid mixing and co-transport of different media, avoid co-transport of liquid medium, oil and gas and compressed air. Even if the tank is dehydrated, pay special attention to dehydration before feeding.

2 Control the medium injection method. The media should be injected from the bottom of the tank to avoid injecting media from the top of the tank.

3. Jumper. The floating roof of the floating roof tank and the tank wall are to be bridged. Pipes and valves, flow meters, filters, pumps, tanks are insulated when they are insulated or corroded. Control the media flow rate. The higher the flow rate, the easier it is to generate static electricity.
