During the operation of the high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machine, the fabric is circulated under the action of the active guide roller and the dye overflowing belt. In the dyeing process, the fabric is in a relaxed state, the tension is small, the dyeing is uniform, the color is bright, and the product has a soft hand. At present, high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machines are mainly used for the dyeing of synthetic fiber warp knitting, weft knitting, and elastic fabrics.

 

In actual operation, the working conditions can be adjusted according to actual needs. High temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine can be used for high temperature and high pressure dyeing, but also for normal temperature and pressure dyeing. However, there are several points to note in the operation process. First of all, in the chemical material operation, we need to check whether the prepared dyestuff is accurate according to the prescription. Disperse dyestuffs are usually firstly beaten with cold water, and then diluted with warm water of 40 to 45°C.

 

Second, we must pay more attention to the dyeing process. During dyeing, the cover of the equipment shall be closed before the high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machine heats up, and the operation condition of the grey cloth in the machine may be observed at any time from the glass sight hole, and whether or not abnormal sounds and phenomena are detected at various parts of the machine. At 50 to 60°C, disperse dyes dye slowly or are not substantially dyed. When the temperature reaches 80 °C or more, the speed of dyeing is accelerated.

 

It is usually adjusted and controlled according to the operation of the high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machine, with particular attention to the need to strictly control the cooling rate. The principle of nozzle injection pressure is: When the fabric is on the machine, the nozzle pressure can be larger. When the operation is normal, the nozzle pressure can be smaller; the greater the fabric thickness or weight, the greater the nozzle pressure, the larger the nozzle diameter. When cooling, do not inject cold water into the machine at high temperatures to directly cool down.

 

Next, in the process of color matching, after the high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machine has finished dyeing, the temperature should be gradually reduced to 85 °C exhaust steam until the steam trap is exhausted. When the temperature was lowered to 70 to 80°C, the lift motor of the high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machine was closed, and the head was touched with a hook, and the sample was cut within 10 cm of the sewing head.
