The new flash dryer adopts a variety of advanced devices, such as a variety of feeding devices, so that the feeding is continuously stable, the bridging phenomenon does not occur in the feeding process; the special cooling device is adopted at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the material in the high temperature region at the bottom. The hot air of the flash dryer enters the stirring and pulverizing drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a suitable spraying speed by the inlet pipe, which produces strong shearing, blowing and rotating effects on the material, so the material is subjected to centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction. The fractionation is micronized, which enhances mass transfer heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and drier pellets are mechanically broken by the action of the agitator. The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the swirling gas stream and further dried during the ascending process. Since the gas-solid two phases are rotating, the solid phase inertia is greater than the gas phase, and the relative velocity between the solid and gas phases is large, and the mass transfer heat transfer between the two phases is enhanced, so the flash dryer has high production intensity.

The flash dryer is mainly composed of an air inlet system, a heating system, a feeding system, a drying host, a receiving dust removal system, an exhaust system, and a control system. During operation, the wet material enters the drying chamber by the screw feeder, and the material meets the hot air rotating at high speed in the drying chamber, and the fine powder material is moved by the hot air to the upper end of the drying chamber, and the material that cannot be taken falls at the bottom of the drying chamber. It is broken by the crushing device at the bottom, the material is quickly dispersed, and the contact area between the material and the hot air is rapidly increased. Under the action of centrifugal force (with a classification device at the top), the product that reaches the degree of dryness and a certain degree of fineness is blown out of the classifying device, and the material is quickly dried in the process.
